This batch of Hitty dolls are all dressed in colorful floral print dresses with coordinating necklaces. All have flowery or seasonal names. Each will come with a little glass vase of freshly cut blooms from their garden in Tulip Square. Here they all are, displaying their blooms for everyone to see.
This is Hitty June. She's one of my contemporary Hitty girls, who enjoys both worlds - the old fashion simple life of the Hittys, and all the modern nicities of life that the Little MO Dolls enjoy. Hitty June loves baking and sewing as much as any other Hitty, but she also enjoys a great movie on tv or a ride in a fast sports car. She figures she's got the best of both worlds.
Like all of my dolls, Hitty June is made of solid Prosculpt polymer clay. Her hair, face, stocking and shoes are all sculpted of colored clay, nothing is painted on. The only color added is the light blush on her cheeks. She's jointed at the hips and shoulders and strung with a strong doubled elastic cord. She has the straight legged "T" style of hip joint. Hitty June is 6-1/4" tall. Her clothing is removable, with snap closures on the back of her dress, and elastic in the waist of her half slip and bloomers. All my dolls are numbered, with their individual number inscribed on their backside. This is Hitty Rose, the no nonsense one in the group. She doesn't much care what sort of Hitty she is, as long as people leave her to do whatever it is that needs doing. She prefers to keep busy all day. She fills her days baking, cooking, tidying up, tending to the little ones, reading and gardening. She is not a big fan of television, but does enjoy the radio.

This is Hitty Blossom, the one in the group the others tend to go to if they need help with something. They kiddingly call her "the wise one", and she thinks it's an amusing name. This is Neecy, another senior citizen from Tulip Square. Her real name is Bernice, but she says that name makes her sound like an old lady, and she's not there yet!
