a little bit about my miniatures
All of the settings and people I make are in the 1:12 scale, though being a little on the comical side, they are not exactly proportioned like "real" people. All my people are sculpted completely by hand, one at a time, without molds. They are made of Prosculpt® and Premo® polymer clays. I sculpt their hair in a style to suit each individual, and their clothing is made with my own technique for a real, fabric-like look. Their eyes, lips, teeth, eyebrows are also all done in clay, not painted on. Accent coloring is done with Genesis® heat set paints or acrylics. Accessories will vary with each setting, and are made of clay, wood, paper, cardboard, wire, beads and whatever else I can get my hands on.
